Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave Expansion Pass Launches With DLC Through 2027

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have released an expansion pass for Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave. It is available now on the Nintendo eShop for $34.99 / £29.99 and spreads new content across three parts, with the last one landing in 2027.
What each part includes
The first part is available immediately to anyone who buys the pass. It adds a selection of weapons you can use in the game right away.
The second part arrives this holiday season. It brings additional outfits for the game's cast and three new allies: Aurora, Smyrnos, and Jurah.
The third part arrives in 2027 and looks to be the largest. It adds new stories to play, along with more allies, new classes, and additional extras. Nintendo has not detailed those extras further.
Why the schedule matters
Because the weapons are the only content available at launch, buying now is mostly a commitment to the later parts. The bulk of the value sits in the holiday and 2027 releases, and the pass is built around that timing.
The new stories are the notable part. Fortune's Weave is already a long game, and extra story content makes it longer. It also gives lapsed players a reason to return next year, and anyone who has not yet started a convenient point to begin, since the full set of additions will be available by then.
A strong base game
The expansion pass follows a well-received launch. Fortune's Weave has earned critical acclaim and sizable early sales, which helps explain why Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have planned a post-launch roadmap stretching more than a year ahead.
The pass is on sale now through the eShop. New allies, outfits, and story content will follow in the two later releases.
